NJ Families Study

New Jersey Families Study

Family matters. For the first few years of their lives, children spend much of their time in their homes and with their parents. Before they start school, they are learning many new skills, from language to how to behave. We know that these early years are very important for how children grow and develop throughout their lives, but there are many things that we still can learn about all the different ways that young children spend their days and the many different skills they are learning.
